• Belts with Velcro fasteners ensure tight abutment to the patient’s leg, preventing the product from shifting down or rubbing the skin during activity (leg movements)
• Rigid fixation of the knee joint is provided by three metal stiffeners (tires) made of aluminum alloy. One wide rib is located on the back surface of the product and limits bending in the knee joint. Two other ribs are located on the side surfaces of the tutor and exclude all lateral movements of the knee

Contraindications and precautions.

Do not use: in open traumas and wounds, and in cases of individual intolerance to the components of the product. Non-sterile, do not use in case of local skin diseases. Not recommended for use with warming ointments. Contain latex, which can cause an allergic reaction.

INDICATION FOR USE:

It is used as a splint during transport immobilization, in cases of an allergy to plaster, in cases of injuries to the capsular-ligamentous apparatus of the knee joint, in cases of fractures without displacement, in the period of early rehabilitation after a plaster cast, in cases of moderate instability of the knee joint, including those of paralytic origin. The required size of the bandage is selected according to the knee girth (please, see the table).

PRODUCT CARE: wash with mild detergents at a temperature not higher than +35 C. Do not rub or wring out when washing and rinsing. Dry flat away from heat sources. Do not iron. Do not bleach (do not use chlorine-containing detergents). Do not dry clean.

COMPOSITION: polyester - 37%, cotton - 29%, polyurethane foam - 29%, latex - 5%, metal stiffeners.

SHELF LIFE: 60 months from the date of manufacture, subject to storage conditions. After the expiration date, the manufacturer does not guarantee its effectiveness.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: store in a dry place at a temperature from +5 °С to +40 °С, and protect from direct sunlight.
