Wrist Wrap with Stays is used for damaged ligaments and tendons of the radio-carpal joint, in long-term immobilization after removal of plaster casts, in cases of the instability of the carpal joint of light and medium degree (habitual dislocation), after surgery on the radio-carpal joint, when traumas or injuries of the radio-carpal joint had happened (pain syndrome), at traumatic neuropathies of peripheral nerves (in particular, tunnel syndrome and thyroiditis) or chronic inflammatory diseases of the carpal joint (arthrosis, arthritis of rheumatic origin), during rehabilitation after injuries and reconstructive operations on tendons. Also, it can prevent flexion contractures of the hand during increased sports and other physical loads on the carpal joint. This bandage can be used instead of a plaster Longuet (upon the doctor's recommendation only).

Contraindications and precautions.
Do not use: in open traumas and wounds, and in cases of individual intolerance to the components of the product. Non-sterile, do not use in case of local skin diseases. Not recommended for use with warming ointments. Contain latex, which can cause an allergic reaction.
INDICATION FOR USE:
The bandage is designed to fix the carpal joint, providing warming and uniform compression. It is efficient for trauma prevention and sprain of ligaments during sports or increased loads on the carpal joint. The bandage is reinforced with a rigid metal insert to limit movement in the carpal joint.
Bandage size is chosen based on wrist circumference measurements (please, see the table). Сonsult your doctor before use. The course of application or any individual adjustments has to be prescribed by the doctor.
PRODUCT CARE: wash with mild detergents at a temperature not higher than +35 C. Do not rub or wring out when washing and rinsing. Dry flat away from heat sources. Do not iron. Do not bleach (do not use chlorine-containing detergents). Do not dry clean. Drum drying is prohibited.
COMPOSITION: aeroprene - 60%, polyester - 20%, cotton - 15%, latex - 5%, metal stiffener.
SHELF LIFE: 60 months from the date of manufacture, subject to storage conditions. After the expiration date, the manufacturer does not guarantee its effectiveness.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: store in a dry place at a temperature from +5 °С to +40 °С, and protect from direct sunlight.
