  • Provides immobilization of injured or pathologically altered bones or joints, helping to prevent excessive mobility ( in such a way as reducing the probability of further injury or complications and promoting faster recovery)
  • For small areas (hand, wrist, ankle) — bandages  of the 10 cm width are enough
  • They have high strength and stability, which makes them ideal for supporting and restoring damaged tissues
  • Easy modelling, allowing the application of individually designed overlays that precisely match the shape  of the patient's body
  • Easily X-rayed (doctors may monitor bone growth or assess injury without removing the bandage)
  • Composition: natural gypsum powder - 90%, non-toxic gum - 4%, gauze - 6%.
  • Surface density (strength) of gauze is at least 24 g/m2, plaster bandage at least 340 g/m2
  • Gypsona plaster bandages equipped with a plastic core in the centre of the roll, which facilitates its unwinding when applying a fixing bandage
  • The time of solidification from the moment of squeezing out the water is 3-5 minutes, and it can withstand moderate loads after  20 minutes since the application
  • Gypsona plaster bandages have a neutral odour
  • They are designed with evenly cut fixed edges and are uniform in texture, without holes, folds or peeling; gum stabilizes the gypsum mass and prevents it from crumbling
  • Meets the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia
  • Provided with step-by-step instruction   (in the form of an illustration printed on the package)
